The Reverend Veronica W. Smith (Pastor Vee) feels a deep calling to connect with this congregation as a pastoral presence and friend, fostering a space where family, faith, and friendships flourish. Married for ten years to her husband, Riku, and mom to their curious, energetic 8-year-old son, Harry, Pastor Vee is devoted to her family and her ministry. With roots in Broad Run, Maryland, Pastor Vee has served in Maryland, Washington, and Texas, guided by early mentorship and a strong faith. Her family hopes to return to Maryland to support her parents, especially her father as he faces ALS. Outside of ministry, she enjoys cooking, gardening, rainy-day Lego builds, and spending time with Riku, Harry, and their three beloved rescue dogs.
